St Mary's Church

Whilst there is no doubt that a Christian church has existed in Compton Dando since the 12th century, the church as we see it today is of 14th century origin, much restored during the last two hundred and fifty years. For further information, there is a booklet available in the church.

  • Every Thursday 9:30am - 30 minutes of informal Morning Prayer with coffee and chat
  All Sunday and weekday services at St Mary’s Compton Dando have restarted. Everyone is welcome at any time!
  St Mary’s Compton Dando is open every week day for private prayer and visits.
