Village Fete

After two years of coronavirus restrictions preventing the
village fete, the Compton Dando community is thrilled to
announce that fete is back for 2022!
Join us for classic games, duck race, community raffle,
stalls, live music and much more as we come back together
and celebrate being able to be together.
All proceeds support the village hall, St Mary’s Church & the
Community Association and we’re collecting donations for the raffle, cake
stand, and entrances for the jam and marmalade competition.

Compton Dando Open Gardens
Come and visit 15 of Compton Dando’s gardens ranging from large ornamental to small courtyard gardens, all within easy walking distance of each other.
Entry fee is £5pp, payable at the first garden entered; accompanied under 14s free.
There will be free to enter children’s activities.
Free parking at the top of Court Hill.
Teas for sale in the Church, alongside an art exhibition.
Cards by a local artist, Compton Dando apple juice, plants for sale – in the Parish Hall.
If weather fine, display of classic cars on the village green.
